Our Medical Specialties Family wishes all of you the Happiest of Holidays this season!  Our Holiday hours are:

Tuesday, December 24 and December 31, 2024 we will close at noon, reopening at 8:00am Thursday December 26, 2024 and January 2, 2025

 

 

Website Policies

 

Shipping/Delivery Policy

Orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx.  We will use the customer's shipping account if provided with the order.  Shipping and Handling will be prepaid and added unless a shipping account is provided.

 

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Orders may be canceled within twenty-four hours or before they are shipped.  Charges will be refunded if the order has not yet shipped.  

 

Return Policy

Items may be returned within 30 days from the date of the invoice.

When returning a product please note the following:

·         Please include a copy of the original invoice.

·         Items must be unused, in new condition, and in original packaging.

·         Non-stock, custom, or special orders may incur restocking fees of 25%, depending on the source.

Privacy Policy

We do not sell or share your personal identification information with others.  Sales records are shared with manufacturers to comply with FDA regulations and GPO contracts.

 

Payment Terms

Payment terms are net 30 unless other arrangements have been made
